That's a mear pittance to what should be happening, we need to get the drug dealers off of the streets and in prison where they belong. If we are short of prison space, build a large capasity prison up in the artic, and fill it up, let the prisoners live with mosquitos and black flies, But oh no, we will feed them the best foods, have satelite TV and educate them. What's so bad about being in prison? No wonder they don't mind going back time after time. Make prison an experience they will never want to endure again.
Can we contract out the housing of prisoners to that Boston company that is handling airport security? When Kemess closes next year, that site could be used as a prison.
Yama,

its too close to civilization.

A better place IMO would be a small, very small island, say 400 plus miles off the coast in the north Atlantic.

No food, no fresh water, but if you can swim back to Canada unassisted you are free to rejoin us. :-)
