Get it While You Can

Prince George, B.C. - While several gas stations in Prince George have boosted the price of a liter of gas to 128.9, there are some bargains to be had.

As of 11:00 this morning, the Petro Can and Shell stations at 5th and Carney were offering one liter of regular at 122.9!

There's no telling how long that price will last, or if other stations will follow the move and drop back down.

Gas in Yale as of 3:00 pm today is 114.9 Boston Bar has the same price. Must be the large refinery in that area that keeps the price down. Ripped again by the gas station operators in PG.

The gas up here is tastier and has more body.

Last weekend (12th) I travelled to Fort Saint John. Leaving Prince George the posted price was 126.9. Mackenzie junction was 125.9 cents/litre.

The cheapest regular gas was at Farmington as you head north from Dawson Creek. The price was 121.9. Returning via Hudson Hope, we filled again at Moberly Lake were we paid 115.9.

Canadian oil companies will soon start reporting their earnings and they are going to be WAY, WAY up!
Ya just gotta love free enterpise!
Especially when it's driven by a lot of spin and bulls**t!
Better start filling those 5 gallon cans, because it's going to seem like a bargoon in month!

Gotta love LPG.
The Super Save on Victoria and out in the BCR site sell their LPG for 53.9.
Apparently the other suppliers in town have been harassing Super Save about their prices. To bad so sad.
Canwest bought out the old Dels at the bottom of Peden hill and never lowered their prices. Have a look at their empty lot there, even the pumps are gone. I was a customer at Dels for a long time until I found Super Save. I'm heading off to the Island this Friday and will be burning LPG all the way there and back.
