Electrical Problems have resulted in the Citizen not being able to publish today.

The cause of the power failure is not known , but it is expected to be repaired quickly.

Live in the Foothills area and the power was off from 8 pm until almost 3 a.m.The power had gone out earlier in the day approx 5 pm for about 30 secs.Just before 8 pm last night there was a loud "boom" and everything went out.

Cancelled my subscription months ago since the delivery person would "forget" to drop it off at least once a week.

zoopdingle -When i was a paper carrier i had to go to 120 homes or 1 dumpster. Sory for the inconvinecne.

So that's what happened. I tried to call the Citizen, but the phone has been conveniently busy (off the hook) all day.

No loss at all. I can get along quite nicely without their slant on 3 day old news. Keep up the good work and never publish again.
