Prince George, B.C. - A domestic dispute escalated into a stabbing last night and police are looking for a man who wielded a knife in the fight.

A man in his forties was taken to hospital after his daughter came to his house following a domestic dispute between her and a male friend.

The man involved in the initial dispute came to the father’s home on Ewert St and became involved in a dispute with the father which then turned violent.

Police are seeking a man in his early 20’s along with another male who also was on hand. He was wearing camouflage pants.

Police say this was not a random attack and the person involved is known. They are seeking a warrant for his arrest.

Might br tough to find-camouflage and all
It was only a stabbing.
We let those type of crimes go here in PG don't we?
Maybe since there were no charges laid the other day he figured it was open season on guys who disagree with you.
I have a question perhaps someone could answer for me. If i were murdered the killer would be charged even though i could not cooperate with the cops or press charges. So whay cant they press charges against people who stab other people without the victims cooperation? Really, perjury is a crime, right? How could the victim not support his original report? Is this an outrageous violation of his right to be dumb, stabbed and then a bad citizen? I think they used to have such a thing as a material witness....
We spend a lot of time and money on trivial matters and then ignore violence in the city because we havent been victimized yet.
First offence usually results in probation if you can show the judge a bit of (real or imagined) remorse. And don't tell me different!
My God, but you people are blind! I don't understand why you can't see what the problem really is. What we need is a Knife Registry program. I think a Roundtable discussion of the growing concern may result in a Study to determine the feasibility of such a registry.
This will surely solve the problem of crimes committed with knives........Then we can have a Screwdriver Registry program...hehehe...
You guys are making light of a serious subject, a man was stabbed in the stomach, he could have died. These young punks do not value or respect others, they need some education, for example appropriate punishment. In this case, he attempted murder. He should do 7 to 10 years for his crime, but I bet he does not even get sentenced to two years, and then time off for good behaviour.
