Ok...wonderful
a little less talk and a little more construction.
Anyone know how long this is going to take?
why just 2 lanes - cant anyone have some foresight and maybe put in the 4 to begin with...oh wait a minute that would take some planning by the city....
There is going to be barely enough traffic to keep the two lanes busy. The cost to go to 4 lanes would be rather prohibitive given the use.
Hey, south fort guy. Two lanes is enough. Otherwise we would need to install new piers. Besides, its all local traffic. Its, so that 5th avenue between Carney and the Bypass does not get beat up with the rigs driving on it.
Going to take a lot longer...
not going to start for a few weeks yet...
It won't mean less traffic on 5th Between Carney and the Bypass. Before the bridge was shut down PG Pulp Mill Rd trucks used the bridge to access the Bypass via Carney & 5th and they will again. What caused the major problem to 5th Ave with trucks was the City allowing a log sort yard on Pickering Rd.
