IPG Hiring For New Position

Prince George, B.C. – Initiatives Prince George is looking for a Director, Logistics and Export Market Development.
The new position at IPG will be part of the economic development team that is responsible for developing and managing a program that will bring in new business investments by logistics providers and manufacturers in the Prince George region.
This includes working with transportation companies, shippers and suppliers that will build Prince George’s strategic position as a transportation hub.
Tim McEwan, President and CEO Initiatives Prince George, says there is a huge need for an additional senior staff position, “There is a demand for a person in this role in order to make this area more successful as they will continue to market the CN Inter-modal and air logistics for Prince George. We are looking at some quality candidates at the moment.”
Although the posting for this position was to have closed on July 11th, McEwan says they may extend the posting further.
