Prince George, B.C. – A small car crashed through the front window of the Ospika Animal Hospital this afternoon.

It happened at around 2:00 p.m. and involved a young female driver. A staff member at the hospital says it appears no one was injured though everyone inside at the time “were shook up” by what happened.

Police are still on scene and haven’t confirmed the cause. The hospital is located on Ospika Boulevard near Massey Drive.

Anyone else notice the “L” on the back of the car?

The L means nothing really. Drivers with 30 years under their belt that have learner drivers at home leave the L on their cars even when the learners aren’t the ones driving. Some drivers with 30 years under their belts drive like the L belongs to them.

      totally agree

Only problem with your theory, in this case, is the news article states; “… involved a young female driver.”

The same thing happened a number of years ago. Again no one was injured, but frightened the hell out of staff. It’s time drivers learned the difference between throttle, brake and clutch.

we were all new drivers at one point in our life, this is a crappy thing to have happen and I feel for the young lady who will probably be traumatized for awhile and more scared than ever to get back behind the wheel. I hope she isn’t shamed to the point that she will never try again. sadly proper lessons are not something everyone can afford and young ones are making due with taught by someone not properly educated to do so…..

She was probably updating her facebook status.

good one istireallifeandIneedone . This is a total WTF. Hope her facebook is updated. Wow

Unless this was a case of unforeseen medical circumstances or a case of avoiding some other duffus texting , yank her license and send her back to a qualified driving school. Winters coming and there isn’t much chance she’s going to get through it without crashing into one of us! I should add good luck on the driving school also as I personally don’t think much of them either.
