Prince George, B.C. – Close to 260 graduating students are expected to be on hand for today’s College of New Caledonia convocation at CN Centre for those attending the Prince George campus.

Graduates will be presented their certificates, diplomas or associate’s degrees in a ceremony which will also include presentation of the Governor General’s Academic Collegiate Bronze Medal, the Lieutenant Governor’s Silver Medal and the Mary John Award of Excellence.

Two students, Carrie Davis and Puneeta Gulati, will address the gathering to share the story of their individual student journey, in the case of Davis returning to the college as a mature student with a husband and two children.

The CNC convocation begins at 1 pm at CN Centre.

The ceremony for 86 graduates at the Quesnel campus took place on Tuesday.
