Tuesday, June 27, 2017 @ 3:31 PM

Williams Lake, B.C. – Mounties in Williams Lake are seeking the public’s help in apprehending three male suspects involved in a robbery in Boitanio Park.

Dave Dickson, community safety coordinator with the Williams Lake RCMP, says the robbery took place just after 5 p.m. yesterday.

“This occurred at the back of the park when the male victim was walking through the park. The victim was approached by three male subjects, demanding all his belongings. The scoundrels were displaying weapons and bear spray.”

He says the suspects stole the victim’s wallet and other personal belongings.

If you have any information you are encouraged to call police at 250-392-6211 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-6111.

“Scoundrels”??? This is an actual word used by this guy to describe the idiots involved in this act! WOW, I would hate to see what he would call something if there was harm done to the victims! There are better descriptions than what was used in this context! :-)

    Lotsa scoundrels on the hill. I’d call them robbers and thieves. Hope they’re caught, Crown can use “Scoundrels” in his application to deny bail, LOL!

May not be a very common word to use nowadays but I think it’s stil an accurate use of the word.

plural noun: scoundrels
a dishonest or unscrupulous person; a rogue.

rogue, rascal, miscreant, good-for-nothing, reprobate;
cheat, swindler, scam artist, fraudster, trickster, charlatan;
informalvillain, bastard, beast, son of a bitch, SOB, rat, louse, swine, dog, skunk, heel, snake (in the grass), wretch, scumbag, scumbucket, scuzzball, sleazeball, sleazebag, ratfink;

    Now that got me to laughing

Sorry 338, but your post is hilarious in that you took the time to do that!

All great posts! Finally a comedy festival!
