Prince George, B.C. – Later this morning the B.C. Assessment roll will be released.

 

While the information will be available on line, nearly two million property owners in the province will receive their 2012 property assessment notice by mail.

 

You may also use the free e-valueBC search tool on BC Assessment’s web site to compare  your property assessment with that of others.

 

The property assessments reflect the market value of a property as of July 1 2011 and will be used in setting the tax rate for the   local government.
