Prince George, B.C. – Duchess Park student, Sarah Beaudry is heading to Innsbruck Austria to compete in the 2012 Youth Winter Olympics.

Beaudry is one of two female biathletes selected to be part of the 54 member Canadian team.

She has had a very successful 2011 picking up gold and two bronze medals at the Canada Winter Games in Halifax.

Her send off today was attended by the Mayor or Prince George as well as MLAs Pat Bell and Shirley Bond.
