Bredo a Free Man

Victoria, B.C. A murder charge against Joshua Bredo has been stayed, and Bredo is a free man.
Bredo was accused in the August 3 rd death of 20 year old Daniel Levesque. There had been an altercation in a condo in Victoria, Levesque died and Bredo was injured
Police say there wasn’t enough evidence to secure a conviction, and Bredo was released from custody last month.
Joshua Bredo has used several other names, including Joshua Baba, Joshua Chartier and Josh Mitchell.
He had been linked with a failed fundraising effort for a foundation in the name of fallen soldier Matthew McCully. McCully’s family was left with more than $2 thousand dollars in unpaid bills
There were issues with a couple of political campaigns he was involved with including a Mayoral race in Calgary in 2009.
In the summer of 2010, the City of Cranbrook said it was not linked in any way with some events Bredo was promoting in that community.
