Power Out In Hart Area

Prince George, B.C. – Power has been lost to more than 2-thousand Prince George residents following an outage off the Hart Highway.

 

B.C. Hydro reports that electricity is out east of the Northwood Pulp Mill Road and north of Alpine Drive. 2084 customers are without power. The outage occurred at 10:47 this morning and Hydro hopes to have it restored by 1pm. Cause of the outage has not been determined. That is the lone outage in the Central Interior. 583 customers in the Terrace area and Burns Lake are also without power today.

I’m in that area and my power flickered but didn’t go out. Maybe my smart meter isn’t so smart after all. LOL!
