Prince George, B.C. – Fire investigators are trying to pinpoint the cause of a 50-thousand-dollar weekend duplex fire in Prince George.
Shortly after 7 Saturday morning seventeen firefighters from three halls responded to the blaze in the 1400 block McCullough Avenue in the VLA. Two people were in the structure at the time. One got out on his own while a second person was brought out by the firefighters. Both were taken to University Hospital for evaluation. Assistant Chief Greg Wilkins says the fire was knocked down quickly.
