Prince George, B.C. – The folks at City Hall want you to know that it’s safe again to walk in Cottonwood Island Park and along the Heritage River Trails from Cameron Street Bridge to the Yellowhead Bridge.
They were shut down during January’s cold snap when ice backed up on the Nechako River but are open again as of today.
The City of Prince George would like to remind the public to be cautious when walking in close proximity to the Nechako River.
