Free Skate At The Ice Oval Today

Sunday, February 19, 2012 @ 8:00 AM
Prince George, B.C. – It looks like a great day for an outdoor skate, with sun, cloud, a slight chance of flurries and a high of plus 1 in the forecast.
You are invited to PG SKATES 2012 today from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Prince George Ice Oval. There will be face painting, clowns, complimentary hot chocolate and skating with celebrities (no, not Meisner).
This will be a fantastic opportunity for photos and interviews with community members and special guests enjoying our winter City.
This is a free event organized by the Winter City Committee Supported by the City of Prince George.

Hey man this is beautifull. All this free skating. They must be short of partisapents for this give away,

Notice the city is blowing its horn for all the comunity ice rinks they have made. I walk by one every day and I dont see any activity on this rink.

To start with they dont do the flooding. they come around in the fall and install planking around the peremiter and the locals do the rest.
Cheers

Thanks for your motivational speech retired. Yikes. Perhaps all the volunteers should just stay home, and take pot shots from their armchairs.

There are a lot of people that go around with their eyes closed and couldnt care less hoem our tax dollares are spent .

Some of us worked for our dollar and there are those that thrive on skinning us
Cheers

Buzz: “Yikes. Perhaps all the volunteers should just stay home, and take pot shots from their armchairs.”

That’s what O250 is all about.
