Name Of Dead Man In Dawson Creek Fight Released

Dawson Creek- RCMP have released the identity of the male victim who died at the Encana Event Center on February 14, 2012 after being assaulted by a group of males.
 
Jason Patrick Foster, 28 years old , attended a local concert when he and a friend were assaulted by three males.  The assault continued into the men’s washroom where a civilian intervened and broke up the fight.  Foster was found unconscious and later died from his injuries in hospital.
 
Jason Patrick Foster had been living in the Fort St. John area but was originally from Manitoba.
 
Three male suspects have been arrested and have since been released.  Charges are pending as the investigation continues.

Comments

When they killed someone in cold blood they should not have been released… held until trial should be the minimum. There is no excuse when you kill someone in a fight at a concert.

Instead we have a tough on crime government that wants to fill our jails up with people that smoke joints on mandatory sentences… while murderers walk free until their court date. The insanity of the system is rivaled only by the insanity of the people they set free to walk our streets.
