Victim In Pedestrian Accident Is Okay

Prince George, B.C. – The elderly man injured when hit by a car Friday afternoon was treated and released from hospital.
Prince George RCMP say the 84-year-old man suffered some scrapes and bruises when he was hit by a car backing out of a driveway near Vance Road and Westwood Drive. Police say he’s doing well after being treated at hospital. The 82-year-old woman who was driving the car is going to be charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian.
