Saturday, March 3, 2012 @ 3:16 PM
Prince George, B.C. – Prince George RCMP say the 18-year-old victim in an overnight stabbing on Upland Street is reported to be doing well at University Hospital. Health officials there have told the police the teen underwent surgery and should make a full recovery.

He was stabbed around 2:30 this morning after he and five other males had gathered in an apartment. The victim staggered out to the street and was found there as polic4e and ambulance attendants arrived.

Five males were located nearby with the aid of a police dog.   They were all taken to the RCMP detachment for questioning. Earlier today a police spokesperson said investigators believed they had identified the person who did the stabbing. All but one of the males has since been released.
