Prince George, B.C.-  A Prince George man is among the latest to be charged in connection with the Stanley Cup riot in Vancouver.

 

19 year old Christian Dougherty  of Prince George has been charged with participating in a riot  and mischief. 

 

He is one of 5 people charged in the last week’s round of charge approvals  which  were based on evidence provided by the Vancouver Police Department’s Integrated Riot Investigation Team.

 

In all, 57 people have now been charged in connection with the riot and looting that took place following the Canucks loss in game 7 of the Stanley Cup final.
