Yellowridge Construction Gets Kin 1 Bid

Prince George, B.C.- Yellowridge Construction has been awarded the construction of the Kin 1 centre for the Canada Winter Games.
Their bid for demolition and construction was $13,118,750.00 That is about $400 thousand dollars below the anticipated construction cost.
The overall budget for the project is $16.5 million, which is an amount that includes soft costs which include design, and insurance.

Are they gonna hide Kin 2 and Kin 3 behind a lot of bushes and trees so they don’t detract from our new Kin 1 centre? Kinda like having a couple of old lean to oversize storage sheds right next to a new house. IMO.
That’ll impress the people who come for the winter games. Yellowridge, not so much.
