Prince George, BC – Mamma Mia! The smash hit musical based on the music of ABBA is coming to CN Centre for one night only this summer…
CN Centre is touting tickets as the perfect Mother’s Day gift. The musical is in its 10th year on Broadway and the North American Tour has played more than 3700 performances in over 150 cities.
From ‘Take a Chance on Me’ to ‘S.O.S’, there’s sure to be just as many dancing queens in the audience as there are on-stage. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday, May 4th. The production hits the stage at CN Centre on Thursday, August 16th.

An even bigger smash musical is also coming this summer – Mel Brooks’ “The Producers”, a winner of a record 12 Tony Awards on Broadway.
The production will feature a seasoned cast of top local talent and produced by Judy Russell, know for high quality entertainment experiences such as The Nutcracker, The Who’s Tommy, Guys and Dolls, Chicago, Cabaret, Peter Pan, Jesus Christ Supertstar, Gypsy, Hello, Dolly!, West Side Story and others.
Held at the Prince George Playhouse in July, the best seats in the house will be less than half the cost of the above show, so for budget-minded theatre goers who are looking for a great laugh, Judy Russell’s production of Mel Brooks’ The Producers will be a great option.
