Warrants Issued for Local Man

Prince George, B.C.- The Prince George RCMP are requesting the public’s help in locating a man wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant and two Provincial Wide Warrants.( photo courtesy RCMP)
On May 3rd, 2012, a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for Michael Andreou Michalakis for Immigration related offences. The 51 year old resident of Prince George may also go by the name of Michalakis Andreou Michael. The arrest warrant was issued after Michalakis failed to comply with court imposed conditions in Prince George.
Also on May 3rd, 2012, a Province Wide Warrant was issued for Michalakis for Failing to Comply with Conditions. This warrant was issued at the request of Probation.
On May 4th, 2012, a second Province Wide warrant was issued for Michalakis for five counts of Failing to Comply with Conditions as a result of a Prince George RCMP investigation.
All of these warrants stem from an October 2011 Prince George incident where Michalakis is now under charge for Sexual Assault.
Michalakis has an extensive Criminal Record mostly for sexually related offences involving males under the age of 18. Given his pending trial and Immigration issues, he has likely fled the Province of BC.
He is described as:
- Mediterranean Male with olive toned skin
- 185 cm (6’1")
- 100 kg (221 lbs)
- Brown hair
- Brown eyes
He has two vehicles registered to him:
- Blue 1992 Chevrolet Pick-up with BC license plates DB1240
- Blue 1993 Volkswagen Passat 4 door sedan with BC license plates 061SKL
If located please immediately contact the RCMP or the police of jurisdiction in your area. Do not confront him as police say he should be considered VIOLENT.
