Police say 32-year-old Barry Blain Seymour came to Prince George with family members to attend his son’s birthday and chose to remain in the city for a few extra days.
Corporal Craig Douglass says Seymour was reported missing on May 26th, but RCMP have been able to confirm the last reported sighting of the man was on the evening of Wednesday, May 23rd.
"Officers have followed up on a number of leads and conducted many interviews," says Douglass. "There is no evidence to indicate that Barry has been the victim of foul play."
Seymour is described as 5’7" tall, weighing 174-pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police are requesting the public’s help in locating the missing Fort Ware resident. Anyone who may have seen him or knows where he might be is asked to contact the Prince George Detachment at 250-561-3300, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
