A car hit a utility pole in the median along Foothills Boulevard early this morning

Prince George, BC –  RCMP say alcohol may have been a factor in an early morning crash on Foothills Boulevard that sent three people to hospital. (click here, for previous story)

A car hit a utility pole in the median between the north and south-bound lanes just after 2am, with the loud bang drawing a few residents from their homes.  Police say three occupants from the vehicle were sent to the University Hospital of Northern BC, suffering from non-life threatening injuries.

The car appeared to have hit the pole with its back end, it came to rest partially on the median facing north in the southbound lanes.

Officers remained on-scene for several hours.  The investigation is ongoing, with no word yet on charges.

Welp, guess it wasn’t the Yeti they were avoiding.

This is why I hide in my house Friday/Saturday evenings. The roads are like war zones out there.

Seriously????

Yeah, havn’t you heard, there are zombies, vampires and all sorts of weird crap out there now.

They have a fix for that.
