CVSE Seeks Input On Dispute Process
Prince George, BC – The Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement Branch is seeking industry feedback to support the development of a dispute reconsideration process.
The CVSE is looking to consult with a handful of members of the Central Interior Logging Association to gather input on some preliminary concepts that have been developed through internal discussions with CVSE District Managers.
The dispute reconsideration process will not encompass violation tickets, which are addressed through the courts. Instead, it would primarily look at resolving disputes with respect to Notices, Orders, and Out of Service declarations.
The meeting is tentatively set for the end of August. Interested CILA members are asked to contact Executive Director, MaryAnne Arcand, at maryanne@cila.ca
