Final Day of the PGX

Prince George, B.C.- Today is the final day of the Prince George Exhibition in more ways than one as the Ex fades into history when the gates close this evening.
This 100th Anniversary special marks the end of an era, as the fair changes its name and marks the birth of the B.C. Northern Exhibition next year.
This is Farm and Ranch Day, and urban meets rural this morning with a pancake breakfast that starts at 8 this morning ($6.00 a plate) and there will be a special Tractor Parade featuring more than 100 tractors that will make its way from the Pine Centre Mall to Ospika Boulevard and on to the fair grounds. The parade starts at 9 a.m.
