Another Severe Thunderstorm Watch in Effect

Prince George, B.C. – Although a thunderstorm has already moved through the Prince George area in the wee hours of the morning, the region is still under a severe thunderstorm watch.
An area of thunderstorms over the Prince George region will gradually dissipate this morning. Thunderstorms are forecast to redevelop this afternoon with the potential for some of them to become severe. The main threat from these storms will be localized heavy downpours.
The severe thunderstorm watch covers Prince George, the McGregor, Williston, B.C. Peace, Yellowhead and Cariboo regions.
