Prince George, B.C. — 50 of the top Midget players from across Northern BC and the Yukon are in Prince George this weekend for the Cariboo Cougars Labour Day weekend camp.

The camp will see the players split into two teams with a full weekend of on-ice practice, dryland training and fitness testing, and of course, intersquad games. Check-in and all ice times will be at CN Centre.

Building on the Cougars Evaluation Camp held earlier in August, the players in attendance this weekend will once again be cut in half with those remaining with the team to compete in several exhibition matchups before the final 20-player roster is finalized by September 15th.

LABOUR DAY CAMP SCHEDULE

Saturday, September 1st Game 1 – 8:30-10:30am

Fitness Session – 12:00pm

Goalie only on-ice session – 1:00-2:00pm

Game 2 – 5:00-7:00pm

Sunday, September 2nd Game 3 – 9:00-11:00am
