Ok, Jarrod, please can you come back. we forgot to put on a ankle braclet.
Is the parole board out looking for him? Is the parole board just an unseen job creator? One would think so. All those Mounties with their ticket books on hand now have to multi-task due to an error in judgement by the parole board? Good judge of characters that parole board has. When you find him again don’t let him out until he wants out to apply for his OAP. Carry on.
Follow the behavior and you will probably find the person. Habits are very difficult to break. I suspect he is continuing his behavior, only somewhere else. Why can’t we just put him to work for the Province rather than letting him out to steal from everyone and harassing them?
Bring in chain gangs with armed guards.
This guy is a little smarter than your average PG druggie. 5 months?? He’s probably sipping rum and coke in Cuba by now. Good on ya Jarrod — makes our system look totally flawed (which it is).
Are they gonna fix it? No — the RCMP, Lawyers and Judges have no intention of stopping ALL crime. In fact they cherish this rediculous system to feed their lavish lifestyle.
