Prince George, BC – The sun may be about to set on summer, but not before at least one last blast of heat…
Today will definitely be a day for sunseekers to soak up a store of vitamin D as Environment Canada is forecasting a blue blazer for most of the region.
Nothing but sunshine in the forecast, with the mercury expected to climb to a high of 26 degrees in Prince George. Quesnel may come out as the regional hotspot with a forecast high of 29. Williams Lake is set to hit 27, as is McBride. While Mackenzie to the north and Burns Lake to the east, will also see sunshine and highs of 25. The news not as bright for Terrace where there’s a mix of sun and cloud in the forecast and a high of 22.
The average temperature at this time of year is a more moderate 19 degrees and that’s the high predicted for Prince George tomorrow, with a chance of showers thrown in for good measure.
So make the most of today!
