NH’s financial summary shows total revenues were up $5.8-percent over the previous year to $691-million dollars, while expenses were up 6.6-percent over the year before to $690.3-million dollars.
Acute care eats up the bulk of Northern Health’s operating budget. At $403.2-million dollars, it accounts for 58-percent of the authority’s expenses, followed by residential care at $93-million dollars.
