Prince George, B.C.- A 39 year old man remains in hospital, recovering from gunshot wounds suffered yesterday afternoon at a Northwood Pulpmill road home.
RCMP remain in control of the property where the incident took place, and say they are confident this was a targeted attack. Police first got the call from a member of the public who reported a wounded man was in the driveway of the residence.
Although police established a perimeter around the scene and a search was launched, a suspect was not found.
The victim has undergone surgery and is now recovering in critical condition, but is expected to survive. Both the victim and the property are known to police. At the moment, the victim is not co-operating with investigators. Although no suspects have been identified at this time, police are confident this is a targeted attack.
The Prince George RCMP remain in control of the property and continue to investigate this offence as a priority.

I have walked, biked and run by this place many times. It has always given me a creepy feeling; now I know why.
I can’t hep but feel that if the victim is not co-operating with police then polce should pack up and move on. Seems alot of tax payer dollars being spent to investigate a crime when it could all be shortened with one name being spoken. Perhaps they should decline medical attention until he becomes co-operative. As the old saying goes, no one can help you until you help yourself.
Maybe he doesn’t want any help. Maybe he will handle it on his own once he’s better. Maybe if they knock each other off we’ll have two less to worry about.
Give more;
One can only hope.
ANd pray that innocents are not harmed in the process.
