Prince George B.C. – Classic cars are nothing new to Prince George, but its always nice to pass along a few photos of some visitors to the region.
This week, a trio of Model A’s was in Prince George, members of the Model A Touring Club (Canadian Pacific Northwest Tour).
Our photographer caught up with them as they made a stop at the east end of the city to double check a newly installed head gasket. That check only took a few minutes, and then they were back on their way… heading to Lake Louise.
No need to warn them about any possible radar set up along the Purden Lake stretch of highway, unless they have a souped up motor under that hood, the top speed for a Model A was 105 kmph.

Awesome. Just awesome.
Maybe the next generation can be over- awed by a bunch of restored Ford Tempos and maybe a rust free Prius making the same trip.
I can assure you this, when they were traveling from Quesnel to Prince George they were NO where near 105 kmph.
