Tuesday, September 25, 2012 @ 11:33 AM
Prince George- There is a Prince George connection between the man believed to have been responsible for the death of Colleen McMillen in 1974 on highway 97 near Lac La Hache.
Police says that Bobby Jack Fowler worked in the Prince George area in 1974 for Happy’s Roofing.
Police believe that Fowler is likely responsible for the deaths of several women in the pacific North West but it wasn’t until the RCMP put his DNA on Interpol, that Fowlers match was found in Oregon. Police in Canada say Fowler had no record in Canada.
Fowler was known to do roofing as well he was known to take labour jobs.
Fowler died in prison in 2006 at the age of 66.
Fowler was known to travel from Canada to Texas, to Oregon and was believed to have travelled to other countries.
Police are hoping to jog people’s minds into remembering when Fowler lived in Prince George so they may be able to determine whether he was involved in any other area killings.

It occurred to me that our border patrol must be able to account for border crossings that may correlate with the death of some of these victims. It’s a start and should present a pattern for some investigator.
