Charges Laid in Subway Hold Ups

Prince George, B.C. – Two people have now been formally charged in relation to the armed hold ups at two Subway fast food outlets in Prince George earlier this month. The two also face charges linked to other hold ups.
 
21 year old Raymond Douglas Pennicott of Calgary, Alberta who has former ties to Prince George, has been charged with the following in relation to the Subway heists:
 
·       Robbery with a Firearm (2 counts)
·       Possession of a Restricted Firearm without a Licence
·       Pointing a Firearm (2 counts)
·       Careless Use of a Firearm
·       Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
·       Knowingly in Possession of a Firearm without a Licence
·       Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (2 Counts)
 
He is already facing a charge of Robbery with a Firearm for the September 17th, 2012 Armed Robbery of a local gas station.   An additional charge of Pointing a Firearm has now been approved.
 
20 year old Raymond Jarrod Constant Pruden-Collins of Prince George, faces the following charges for the September 14th Armed Robberies:
 
·       Robbery with a Firearm (2 counts)
·       Pointing a Firearm (2 counts)
·       Careless Use of a Firearm
·       Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
·       Knowingly in Possession of a Firearm without a Licence
·       Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
 
He is also accused of being involved in the recent jewellery store robbery at the Pine Centre Mall.
 
Both  men remain in custody.
