Power Restored to Hydro Customers

Prince George, B.C. – B.C. Hydro says power has been restored to all but 19 customers following spot outages in the Prince George area earlier today.
In all between one and two hundred customers were out at various times between midnight and noon. Areas affected included the Hart, McAloney Road, Cowart Road, Leslie Road and out to one spot in the Mud River area.
Windy conditions are thought to have been responsible for most of the outages, although one power stoppage near Parkhill Centre was planned for a pole replacement.
