Prince George, B.C- RCMP are hoping the public can help them locate two teens who have gone missing from a youth detention camp south of Prince George.
The two, aged 14 and 17, walked away from Camp Trapping about 50 km south of Prince George around 9:30 this morning.
Police say if the two are heading in the right direction, they would have to cover about 6km of terrain before reaching highway 97.
Both young males are wearing a large blue parka, black gum boots and one is wearing blue checkered pyjama pants, the other grey sweat pants.
Although police have checked with area residents, the two have not been seen.
Police are concerned that if the two make it to the highway, they may try hitch hiking. Drivers are advised not to pick them up, but to contact 9-1-1 immediately.

Let them spend a few nights outdoors before rescuing them.
Black gum boots, eh? That’s a fashion statement. I doubt they will be picked up by any babes with those macho boots on. A couple of maroons headed in the wrong direction. Geographically and socially.
Obviously they were incarcerated by the fashion police.
