Camp Trapping Escapees Back in Custody

Friday, October 26, 2012 @ 9:24 AM
Prince George, B .C. – Two  teens who walked away from the Camp Trapping detention camp south of Prince George yesterday are back in custody.
A driver on highway 97 called police around 5:00 p.m. last evening to report two youths matching the description of  the run-aways, were hitch hiking on the highway just north of Hixon.
Police responded and picked up the 14 and 17 year old males without incident.
The two had walked away from the camp around 9:30 yesterday morning and police say they would have had to cover about 6 km of terrain before reaching the highway.

I can just imagine these kids were happy to be picked up, cold wet hungry.
Good laugh.

They were probably trying to get to the mall before getting popped by the fashion cops…

Should have put a radio collar on both of them and see if they could find their way back to the camp.

Maybe the name of this camp should be changed to Camp Strapping, and then have a little corporal punishment intituted.

Palopou, can’t believe you said that! You Can’t Use Corporal Punishment on these poor little escapees. It’s cigarettes and Ice Cream just for trying, don’t you know that???
Must treat the poor little escapees gently, don’t know what kind of trauma they endured, lost in the woods and all.
Hell, I’d pay for the lawsuit if they could get bent over someones knee and whupped! LOL
