Accident Closes Highway 97 South of Quesnel

Quesnel, B.C. – Highway 97 south of Quesnel has been shut down to all traffic following a motor vehicle accident this morning.
 
Very little in the way of information is available at this time. Drive BC indicates the highway is closed to traffic in both directions, 10 kilometres south of Quesnel, due to a vehicle incident. No detour is available to traffic and there is no indication when the highway will be re-opened.

According to drive BC should reopen at 1130am and is currently single lane alternating traffic

I assumed it was a bad accident judging by the sirens I heard out on the highway. any more news on it?
