Pink Floyd experience? Personally one of my all time favorite bands, but I can’t see milling around with 100s of other people listening to recorded Floyd tunes. Jeez, even a tribute band would be more entertaining.
But: this is very much a live band. I’ve seen this show and its amazing – just like the real deal and if you’re a fan of Pink Floyd you HAVE to see this concert.
Can’t remember if I enjoyed Pink Floyd the first time around. It’s kind of weird, druggie music.

-Kind of weird…Yes.. Druggie music..No!! This is progressive rock and progrssive rock is based on the idea that the music flows from a progression of certian chords, scales, and musical ideas. Progressiv music is not formatted around lyrics or a cut and paste song structure like the suff you are spoon fed from from radio and tv on a daily basis.
You dont have to like it.. just understand where it is coming from prior to labelling the whole genre as “Druggie” Music.
Pink Floyd is timeless. Darkside of the Moon celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2013. It’s the most successful album ever made by any band period.
I’ll be going. When the Led Zep tribute was here with Jason Bonham it was amazing, This show has been around for over 10 years. They don’t sustain like that unless they know what they are doing. Small half sized venue at CN Centre will make it even better
northman, I do know where it comes from. I am just telling it from my perspective. You told your story from your perspective and I am allowed mine. That’s how opinions work.
I want to go!! :)
