Snowstorm Knocks Out Power Near Burns Lake

Prince George, BC – BC Hydro says a snowstorm is to blame for a power outage affecting a pocket of customers in the Burns Lake area…

More than 100 customers in the Takla Landing area have been without power this afternoon.  Hydro is expecting to have service restored by 4pm.

Another small outage, affecting 15 customers in the Smithers area, is under investigation.  Power is expected to be restored in that area by 5pm.
