Terrace, BC –  The RCMP in Terrace are attempting to locate a man wanted on an outstanding warrant for a number of sex-related charges.

Police say 49-year-old Melvin Tourand has a warrant for his arrest on charges of sexual interference, sexual assault and possession of child pornography.

RCMP say Tourand also goes by the alias Richard Lincoln and may be in Kamloops.

Tourand is described as a First Nations male with black hair and brown eyes, 5’5" tall, and weighs approximately 123-pounds.  He has three scars on the front of his head.
