Prince George, B.C. – So much for Spring!
Yesterday, the City of Prince George was under a dust advisory, and today, well, the snow plows had to be called out again. Sure makes a person rethink about removing those winter tires!
Environment Canada is predicting P.G. could have 5 centimeters of fresh snow today and possibly another 4 centimeters tomorrow.
The snowfall caught many a driver off guard this morning, with numerous crashes reported throughout the city. There have been no serious injuries reported.

How did this catch people off guard? We knew this was coming for a week.
Great to see people driving with care for the conditions on 16W. Everyone was taking it easy except for a few cowboys with their 4 wheel drives, one of which ended up in the ditch. Good day to stay at home if possible.
Well I had a great couple of hours on my snowshoes this morning.
Did the snow plows get called out after the crashes. Wait, no need to answer that.
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow :)
The snow woke up a few weak drivers, did it?
Glad there were no serious injuries. Defensive driver courses really would help these individuals.
Prince George, the land of snow from November to May
October to May more like it…
That carbon tax we pay sure must be working.
I hope summer falls on a weekend this year.
Where I grew up people say: “If summer falls on a Sunday, we’ll have a picnic.”
Make sure you don’t sleep in and miss it this year weaksauce. :)
I dunno, Grizzly 1, some drivers are beyond all help.
