Charges Laid in Property Crime Investigation

Prince George, B.C. –  One person is facing charges and two others could be in the same boat, following an investigation into property crime in P.G.
 
RCMP in Prince George executed a search warrant on a Laurier Crescent residence on Good Friday, arresting four males and one female.
 
Several items believed to be stolen property were seized as was a significant quantity of marijuana and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
 
Items recovered that are believed to have been stolen from local  businesses and homes include:
·        Portable generator
·        An Oxy-acetylene torch
·        Twelve paintball guns and other equipment
·        A .22 calibre rifle reported stolen from a residence on Simon Fraser Avenue in September 2007.
 
An 18 year old man is now facing a string of charges.    Nathan Wayne Sanbach is now charged with the following:
·        Break & Enter
·        Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
·        Trafficking in Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 (3 counts)
 
He has been released , with conditions by the Court until his next Court appearance which is set May 1st.
 
As for the others who were arrested, Police are recommending Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs & Substances Act charges against a 24 year old male Prince George resident and Criminal Code charges against a 26 year old male Prince George resident. Both were released with conditions until their first Court appearance scheduled for June 12th, 2013. The remaining male and the female have been released without charge.
