Prince George, B.C.- Graduates of the New Media program at the College of New Caledonia are showing their stuff through to the 26th of this month at the CNC library.

Students have graphic art, digital advertising, digital video, web site design, posters, book covers, all on display to share with the community.

“Our students really run the gamut of graphic art and digital design” says New Media program instructor Sean Siddalls. Grads have landed work at 250News as well as other media outlets, and at advertising agencies in Prince George. “Some will be moving on to the work world, some will be moving on to further education, some will be launching their own employment.”

The program will not be taking in any new students in September of 2013 , but 1st year students will carry on and complete their second year. “We are taking a year off to revamp the program” says Siddalls who says they hope to have talks with industry and other stakeholders on the future shape of the program.

But for now, the grads and 1st year students are putting their best work forward,   for all to see.
