Right on seamutt…IMO Carbon tax and the carbon credit system is the largest scam in world history. The only people getting rich are the credit system brokers.

How about perfume??
Although smart people understand we don’t use bottled water or perfume to run our vehicles…so when the topic is fuel prices we don’t need to talk about how much they charge for bottled water…

Premium is $1.27 at Tempo in Edmonton and diesel is $1.07. Shipping costs to BC must be enormous. So far no sign of Matty here though.
Edmonton is a very competitive city though with far more disposable income, so there must be a reason for that…..

Read Neil Godbout’s editorial in the Citizen about gas prices. He’s bang on.
To paraphrase, why aren’t we demanding low prices for timber and paper as well? The mills are right here!
Bottom line is that we’re pretty much in line with a national average and we are not entitled to cheap gas. Live with it, or get a more fuel efficient vehicle.
