Terrace, B.C.- One person is dead, another seriously injured following a  single vehicle crash north of Terrace.

RCMP say two males and a female were traveling north on Highway 113 when their vehicle, a Pontiac Sunbird, left the road and rolled over around 2 this morning on  Highway 113 at the north end of Lava Lake, about 80 kms north of Terrace.

The 28 year old male driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.  The  two passengers were transported to Mills Memorial Hospital in Terrace BC.  Due to the seriousness of injuries, the female passenger was flown via air ambulance to Vancouver .

West Pacific Region Traffic Services along with the Integrated Collision Analyst and Reconstruction Services continue to investigate the cause of the collision. 

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in this case.
