Provincial B Soccer Champs to be Crowned Today

Prince George, B.C. – The championship games are slated today at the Les Sinnott Memorial Boys Provincial “B” soccer championships in Prince George.
 
The host Prince George Youth Soccer Association has one team in a gold medal match. The Prince George Kodiaks face CCB Galaxy of Surrey in the under-14 final at 2pm. The other title games have Surrey against Saanich in under-13, Royal City Westminster facing Killarney in under-15, North Vancouver against Kelowna in the under-16 match-up and Pinnicles against Coastal FC United in the under-18 contest. The Kodiaks “A” squad lost 4-2 on penalty kicks to Coastal FC on Saturday and wound up being relegated to the bronze medal game.
 
The under-17 medals are being determined by the final standings following the round robin portion of the tournament.
