London Hotel Fires Arson

Wednesday, July 31, 2013 @ 4:28 PM

Prince George, B.C. –  The  two  recent fires at the London Hotel on  3rd Avenue in Prince George,   were deliberately set.

The  Hotel had been the scene of two fires in less than a  week.

There were four people  living in the   upstairs rooms of the  London,  a  site which had become a trouble spot for the RCMP.    Police say the London Hotel had become " a notorious location for crime in the downtown core and has been the subbject of  over 150 police files since the fall of 2008."

Police had planned to work with the City to see what could be done about the Hotel,  including  the possibility  of  denying a business licence  to the owner of the property.

The two fires have left the building uninhabitable, and it is  not known  just what the property owner plans to do about repairing the building.

The  search for the arsonist is now in the  hands of the RCMP.

“the subbject of over 150 police files since the fall of 2008.”

Our justice system allowed it!

Our justice system needs job security. Crime rate goes down means unemployed cops. We can’t have that.

150 attempts to respond to an ongoing symptom and nobody willing to deal with the underlying problem. Why is that?

The “justice” system is the problem, thats why. Like western medicine, it focuses on the symptoms and resulting problems, rather than looking at the reason for the symptoms and problems, and practicing prevention.
metalman.

Wow. It’s all so easy, isn’t it?

It is said that the vast majority of crimes are actually committed by a small group of people.

‘Practicing prevention’ on repeat offenders who have no interest in following the law is a waste of time.
